CoxAbic® is a unique vaccine used to immunize pullets before point of lay. The immune Breeders transfer specific antibodies to the Broilers through the egg yolk and shield them during early life after hatch while they are naturally exposed to the coccidia on the farm. This natural exposure brings about an active and solid immunity, during maternal protection, ensures the process without any clinical or economic side effects. CoxAbic® broilers are fed without coccidiostats in their feed. CoxAbic® elicits Cross Immunity against the coccidial species affecting broilers – E. acervulina, maxima, tenella. With CoxAbic® there is No need to use Coccidiostats; No Withdrawal time. A special Elisa test enables monitoring of the immune status of the breeders and the broilers.CoxAbic® is being registered in many countries at present.
